Any amount you can contribute will be greatly appreciated. The Piano Museum is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, and your donation is tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Every dollar we receive goes directly to funding the effort to acquire and maintain the pianos. The costs are very high with such a large number of them. Simply moving them can cost a lot. But they all need regular tuning, cleaning and adjusting. Many come in needing major cleaning and work just to get them playing and presentable. But it is money well spent to preserve these works of art. No more will ever be made, so it is up to us all to keep a good sample of what we once were able to achieve; not just to look at but potentially to study as the knowledge necessary to build them is lost.
