Toys made from retired pianos

These toys are made from piano parts. Sometimes damage from flood, fire or defects is too severe to correct. We take parts from these pianos and try to find ways for them to live on.

The cement truck, sleigh and train were from a Henry Miller caught under a plumbing leak. Nice solid walnut from the legs. The Street Sweeper has parts from an Estey and Ivers & Pond. The Panel Truck and Oil Truck came from a Kimball with a cracked plate. The Biplane did not survive the children. Someday we'll make another.
