Mixsell Square (1862)

This is a very unusual square in that it incorporates a melodeon into the extended square case. On the treble end the melodeon can be folded out and the pedals pivoted down, so that the two instruments can be used at once or independently. Unlike the earlier Gilberts that have both the melodeon and the piano played by one musician.
